Artificial Intelligence (AI)
What sensations do you have when you hear or talk about AI technology and the impact it'll have in the future? Fear, Curiosity, excitement, interest, joy, etc
During my interactions with people on this topic, one thing I oftentimes noticed is the fear lots of people have about losing their Jobs as the task they perform can now be handled by AI-powered bots.
Today I'll be touching on ways we could best prepare ourselves for the future with #Al.
One proven strategy for #wealthcreation is "Self Building".
So rather than feel discouraged about what we cannot control, why don't we look for ways to maximize AI technology and the various new career opportunities it provides?
AI requires both coding and non coding (for those that feel that AI is for only those into coding) skills like:
- 📌Machine Learning
- Communication skills
- 📌Knowledge and experience with Python specifically (in general, proficiency in programming language)
- 📌Digital marketing skills
- 📌Analytical skills
- 📌Solid knowledge of applied mathematics and algorithms
- 📌AI Project Managers
- 📌AI Strategist
- 📌Functional Subject Matter Expert
- 📌AI Training Orchestrator
- 📌Problem-solving skills
- 📌Industry knowledge
- 📌Management and leadership skills
- 📌AI Data Analyst
Let's discuss 3 Non-coding skills together 😊.
1. AI project managers:
These professionals manage AI projects from start to finish and assist with many key project aspects, such as planning, establishing project goals, setting milestones, tracking progress, etc. They oversee AI projects to ensure that they are executed as smoothly as possible, that the project stays in line with its goals and that the right talents and tech setup are put in place for the business to be successful. They work closely with the AI Strategist.
2. AI Strategist:
An AI Strategist is someone who can communicate the economic value of AI transformation to the rest of the management team. He/She has a clear understanding of the different AI strategic use cases for the company and how they can use AI to stay ahead, innovative and competitive in the long run. The ability to separate fact from fiction in artificial intelligence development and understanding AI ethics is a plus.
3. AI Data Analyst :
An AI Data Analyst is a tech professional responsible for collecting, processing, and tracking down the statistical information from existing datasets.
These skills discussed above DO NOT require coding knowledge and can be learned by anyone ready to prepare for Jobs in the future.
